Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation at Kennett House Guest House, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website or approved booking platforms. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking for all reservations. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made up to 5 days before check-in. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to innkeeper@kennetthouse.com.
Non-Refundable Option
Guests can opt for a non-refundable option to receive a 10% discount off the standard rate. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for this option.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is at 2 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged in advance based on availability.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the comfort and safety of other guests and staff. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
Liability
Kennett House Guest House is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
Changes to Terms
Kennett House reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Kennett House Guest House operates.
